How To Whiten Your Skin Naturally

Most of us want a tanned skin, especially in the arrival of summer, we must not forget that some women and girls like white skin and want to know how to whiten skin naturally. The skin color is inherited and is dependent on melanin. If you want to have a white skin then you should avoid sun exposure. Some products for whitening and depigmenting the skin obtainable in the market contain hydroquinone and they are very harmful for skin.

If you want to know how to whiten your skin naturally, you can use some natural tips for whitening the skin given below:

• A mask made with milk: 1 spoon fine sugar, 2 tablespoon oil, 2 tablespoon of milk. Make a gentle mixture, apply on skin, leave for fifteen minutes and remove with lukewarm water.

1 tablespoon oats, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon milk can also be used to make a face mask.

• Whey: Apply to skin and let it dry, leave as long as possible before showering. It can also be added to the bat water.

• Orange peel: Put the orange peel to dry in the sun. One properly dried, grind in mixer to make powder and add milk to form a paste. Apply all over your skin and allow to dry, then remove with warm water. Repeat daily.

The dried peel of orange mixed with saffron powder also helps to reduce marks and scars. Apply to skin and remove with warm water after fifteen minutes.

Saffron powder mixed with lemon juice can also be used.

• Take two egg whites and add fresh lemon juice. Batter up and apply as a cream every night.

• Boil a handful of rice in three cups of water. Cool water and apply all over the skin using a cotton wool. Leave for overnight, the next day wash the skin with warm water.

• Potato juice: For a uniform skin, it is very necessary to clarify the skin. Simply cut a potato and apply on the skin. Leave for fifteen minutes and wash with plain water. Try to repeat it everyday.

• Elderberry flower: Make a small square cotton bag and fill it with dried flowers of elderberry firmly packed. Use it to wash skin. This helps to make skin whiten.

• Brightening Mask: Mix one tablespoon of milk powder, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon of almond oil. Apply on the face and neck. Leave for fifteen minutes then was with warm water.

• Almonds: Soak almonds overnight in a bowl. Mix a little milk and make  paste. Apply to the skin of your face and leave for some times. Remove the paste using warm water. Repeat this process for fifteen days and then twice a week. This not only makes your skin white but also gives a glowing look on your skin.

• Lemon: A spoonful of flour mixed with two teaspoons of milk and a few lemon juice drops not only whiten your skin but also clarifies dark skin. Apply for fifteen minutes and wash with plain water.

You can also make a scrub with lemon juice, sugar and a little mild shampoo in the same proportion. Wash your face and apply a little moisturizer.
